Alixies is a 54-pound beauty who came to the shelter after her previous owner — who sadly had a history of not properly caring for pets — surrendered her. Despite that rough start, this sweet girl is calm, a little shy, and ready to blossom in a loving home. She’s good with other dogs and enjoys playing with balls. While she still needs a bit of help feeling fully confident on a leash, she’s gentle at heart and eager to bond. Alixies deserves a patient, caring family who will show her what it means to be safe, cherished, and truly at home.
